The invention discloses a cast-in-place box girder side formwork back rib and diagonal bracing sleeve supporting system which comprises double-limb channel steel and telescopic sleeves. The double-limb channel steel comprises upper double-limb channel steel, lower double-limb channel steel and inclined double-limb channel steel; the telescopic sleeves comprise a vertical telescopic sleeve and an inclined strut telescopic sleeve; N vertical telescopic sleeves are arranged between the double-limb channel steel and the lower double-limb channel steel; diagonal bracing telescopic sleeves are arranged at the two ends; and sleeve bolt connecting holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the telescopic sleeves. The system has the beneficial effects that the construction operability is high, and the engineering quality of the cast-in-place box girder is guaranteed; a green construction concept is implemented, and an energy-saving and environment-friendly measure of replacing wood with steel is implemented; and a stress system is more stable. Double-limb channel steel is arranged in the transverse bridge direction to serve as supporting points, and diagonal bracing sleeve supporting systems are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the cast-in-place box girder, so that the supporting rigidity of the web side formwork is improved, and the sliding risk of the side formwork is reduced.
