The invention provides a construction method of a lower chord beam of a beam-arch combined rigid frame bridge. The method comprises the following steps: the joint part of the lower chord beam and a bridge pier is cast and molded together with the bridge pier through a bracket in the bridge pier casting process to obtain an X-0 section, and the bracket is mounted through the X-0 section to obtain an X-1 section; an X-2 section is obtained along the X-1 section in a hanging basket suspended pouring mode; the operation is repeated to obtain sections X-3, X-4, X-5, X-6, X-7, X-8, X-9, X-10, X-11 and X-12, and the hanging basket is moved to the next section needing to be constructed to continue concrete pouring construction of the next section; a locking wedge-shaped block is added between the X-12 section and the upper chord beam, and the upper chord beam, the lower chord beam and the locking wedge-shaped block are tightly combined; and concrete of the combined section of the lower chord beam and the upper chord beam is poured through the hanging basket, and prestress is tensioned. The method solves the problem that in the prior art, an upper chord beam structure is prone to being damaged when the lower chord beam construction hanging basket is hung on the upper chord beam for construction, and the effects that the upper chord beam is prevented from being damaged due to lower chord beam construction and the lower chord beam construction efficiency is improved are achieved.
本发明提供了一种梁拱组合刚构桥下弦梁施工方法,施工方法包括:下弦梁与桥墩的结合部在桥墩浇筑过程中通过托架与桥墩共同浇筑成型,得到X‑0段,通过X‑0段安装托架,得到X‑1段;沿X‑1段通过挂篮悬浇的方式,得到X‑2段;重复上述的操作,得到X‑3、X‑4、X‑5、X‑6、X‑7、X‑8、X‑9、X‑10、X‑11和X‑12段,移动挂篮至需要施工的下一段继续下一段的混凝土浇筑施工;在X‑12段与上弦梁之间加入锁定楔形块,将上弦梁、下弦梁与锁定楔形块之间紧密结合;采用挂篮浇筑下弦梁与上弦梁结合段的混凝土,并张拉预应力。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的将下弦梁施工挂篮悬挂于上弦梁上施工易使得上弦梁结构损毁的问题,产生了避免上弦梁因下弦梁施工而损坏和提高下弦梁施工效率的效果。
