A disclosed novel barrier gate structure comprises a barrier gate case, a barrier gate rod, and a moment balancing device; a controller, a motor and a speed reducing mechanism are arranged in the barrier gate case, the controller is connected with the motor, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the speed reducing mechanism, a driving shaft is arranged on the speed reducing mechanism, and the first end of the driving shaft extends out of the barrier gate case; the barrier gate rod is arranged on the first end part of the driving shaft; and the moment balancing device is arranged on the driving shaft and plays a role in balancing the gravity moment of the barrier gate rod, the moment balancing device is located in the barrier gate case and comprises a torsional spring and a stop block, the driving shaft is sleeved with the torsional spring, one end of the torsional spring rotates along with the driving shaft, the other end of the torsional spring is fixed to the barrier gate case, and the stop block is matched with the torsional spring and used for limiting the end part of the torsional spring to rotate along with the torsional spring so as to provide moment. According to the novel barrier gate structure, the moment balancing device adopts the torsion spring as a main moment balancing part, compared with a traditional tension spring, the installation size is greatly reduced, and the size of a barrier gate machine box can be miniaturized.
本发明公开了新型道闸结构,包括道闸机箱,道闸机箱内设置有控制器、电机和减速机构,控制器连接电机,电机的输出轴连接减速机构,减速机构上设置有驱动轴,驱动轴的第一端部伸出道闸机箱;道闸杆,装设在驱动轴的第一端部上;力矩平衡装置,设置在驱动轴上,起到与道闸杆的重力力矩平衡的作用,力矩平衡装置位于道闸机箱内,力矩平衡装置包括有:扭簧,套设在驱动轴上,扭簧一端跟随驱动轴转动,扭簧另一端固定在道闸机箱上;挡块,与扭簧相适配,用于限制扭簧端部跟随转动,以便提供力矩。本实施例的新型道闸结构中,力矩平衡装置采用扭簧作为主要的力矩平衡部件,与传统的拉簧相比,大大减少安装体积,可使道闸机箱的体积做到小型化。
