The invention discloses a construction method of a plain soil compaction pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a pile site is positioned and paid off; (2) water injection hole construction is achieved; the water injection hole coincides with a compaction pile hole in position; (3) the water injection hole is filled with granite; the water outlet end of a water pipe is put to the orifice of the water injection hole, a water meter valve is opened, water is injected according to the calculated water injection rate, and the water is permeated into a soil layer in a treatment range uniformly through the granite; (4) after water injection is completed for 4-6 days, layered soil samples at the centers of three piles and an original pile position are taken to perform a moisture content test, and when the average moisture content is 12% or above in the test, judging is achieved that the humidification is qualified; and (5) soil is filled in the compaction pile hole by a tamping and filling machine to form a pile. The construction method of the plain soil compaction pile has the beneficial effects that water injection and humidification are conducted on a land parcel with hard soil texture and the average water content value of undisturbed soil being 10% or below, the compaction hole forming effect can be improved, and the construction quality of the compaction pile is improved.
本发明公开了一种素土挤密桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)桩位点定位放线;(2)注水孔施工;注水孔与挤密桩孔孔位重合;(3)将注水孔内填满米石;将水管出水端放至注水孔孔口,打开水表阀门,注入所计算出的注水量,将水通过米石均匀的渗入处理范围内的土层中;(4)待注水完成4‑6天,取3桩中心及原桩位分层土样做含水率试验,待试验达到平均含水率12%以上即加湿合格;(5)采用夯填机对挤密桩孔填土夯填成桩。有益效果在于:采用该素土挤密桩施工方法,对土质较硬,原状土含水率平均值在10%以下的地块进行注水增湿,有利于提高挤密成孔功效,并提高挤密桩的施工质量。
