The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-situ bored pile in a soft soil foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps of determining a preset area of a target cast-in-situ bored pile according to a construction drawing; arranging a plurality of cement-soil mixing piles along the edge of the preset area, and sequentially connecting the plurality of cement-soil mixing piles so as to form a mixing pile enclosure wall with one side closed; enabling the cement-soil mixing piles to penetrate through the soft soil foundation; embedding a pile casing, wherein the axis of the pile casing coincides with the axis of the preset area; drilling along the pile casing so as to form a pile hole in the preset area after the mixing pile enclosure wall reaches the expected strength; cleaning the hole: cleaning sediment in the pile hole; and placing a reinforcement cage in the pile hole, and pouring concrete into the pile hole. According to the construction method, the problems of hole collapse and hole channeling of the cast-in-situ bored pile in a silt layer and a sand layer can be solved.
