The invention relates to a fully-prefabricated floor slab, a connecting joint structure thereof and a fabricated building structure. The fully-prefabricated floor slab comprises a panel, a bottom plate, a filling material and a steel bar truss, the filling material is arranged between the panel and the bottom plate, and the steel bar truss is anchored with the panel and the bottom plate; and the floor slabs are connected through concrete hidden beams, hidden beam stirrups extend into U-shaped grooves of two fully-prefabricated floor slabs, and part of hidden beam longitudinal bars of the concrete hidden beams are anchored into the steel bar trusses of the fully-prefabricated floor slabs. The fully-prefabricated floor slab is of a sandwich structure, and stress is efficient and reasonable; the panel and the bottom plate are made of UHPC, and the floor slab has ultrahigh durability and self-healing capacity; the industrialization degree is high, the prefabrication rate is high, on-site wet construction is little, green and environment-friendly effects are achieved, and the advantages of fabricated buildings can be better embodied; the hidden beams are arranged in the U-shaped grooves in the side faces and the ends of the floor slab, and the hidden beam stirrups, the longitudinal bars and steel bar truss web members in the floor slab are mutually anchored, and the safety of the floor slab under the extreme condition is guaranteed; and floor slab supports are not needed in floor slab construction, construction workload is reduced, and economical efficiency is achieved.
