Assembled balcony and cantilever plate positioning method
The invention relates to an assembled balcony and cantilever plate positioning method. The method comprises the steps of determining the positions of a first-layer assembled balcony and a cantilever plate according to a construction drawing; according to the determined position of the first floor, respectively and fixedly installing infrared laser emitters on the left side and the right side of the balcony and the cantilever plate; adjusting laser receiving calibration devices at the left side and the right side of the floor on which the cantilever plate and the balcony need to be installed, and determining the elevation of the floor and the positions of the two sides of the cantilever plate and the balcony according to feedback of the laser receiving calibration devices; hoisting and mounting the cantilever plate and the balcony according to the determined positions; performing correction again according to the elevation and the position line determined by the laser after the cantilever plate and the balcony are installed in place; and after the cantilever plate and the balcony of the building main body are completely installed, storing an infrared laser transmitter and a receiving calibration device for recycling. According to the method, mounting of the cantilever plate and the balcony can be more accurate, the situation that the construction precision is affected by other external factors is avoided, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明是一种装配式阳台及悬挑板定位方法,包括根据施工图纸确定首层装配式阳台及悬挑板的位置;根据确定好的首层位置,分别在阳台及悬挑板的左侧、右侧固设置红外线激光发射器;调整好需要安装的悬挑板及阳台所在楼层的左右两侧的激光接收校准装置,根据激光接收校准装置的反馈,确定好楼层的标高,以及悬挑板和阳台两侧的位置;根据确定好的位置对悬挑板及阳台进行吊运及安装;悬挑板及阳台安装就位后再次根据激光确定的标高及位置线进行校正;待建筑主体的悬挑板及阳台全部安装完毕,将红外线激光发射器和接收校准装置收起循环使用。本方法可以使悬挑板及阳台的安装更加准确,避免由于其他的外界因素影响施工的精准度,保证了施工质量。
