The custom residential unit effectively solves the problem that when a traditional house is transformed and used, space utilization is limited by the structure, and the scene adaptability of the residential unit is improved. Communication doors can be arranged at the tail ends of the two sides of the communication belt, the residential units arranged in rows are communicated through the communication doors, the two residential units are combined for use, and the expansion capacity of the residential unit is improved.
