Method for manufacturing bricks from hazardous wastes
The invention relates to the technical field of harmless treatment, in particular to a method for manufacturing bricks by utilizing hazardous waste, which comprises the following steps: S1, combusting the hazardous waste to obtain waste heat, connecting the waste heat to a waste heat boiler, collecting ash after combustion, and cooling the ash; S2, grinding the ash, and then mixing the ground ash with bentonite, pelelith and a binder to obtain a first raw material; adopting a base material to obtain a second raw material; S3, putting the first raw material into a mold for press-fit forming, then opening the mold, putting the second raw material into the mold and wrapping the first raw material, carrying out press-fit forming continuously, and obtaining a brick blank; S4, putting the brick blanks into a sintering furnace to be sintered, converting heat of the waste heat boiler into electric energy, transmitting the electric energy into the sintering furnace, controlling the sintering temperature to be 850 DEG C to 1200 DEG C, sintering for 4-6 h, and obtaining bricks. By means of the method, energy of the hazardous waste can be fully recycled, the hazardous waste can be effectively recycled, and the hazardous waste is prevented from polluting the environment.
本发明涉及无害处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用危废物制造砖块的方法,该方法包括S1、将危废物燃烧,获得余热,余热连接至余热锅炉,收集燃烧后的灰烬,冷却灰烬;S2、将灰烬研磨,然后将其与膨润土、火山石和粘结剂混合,得到第一原料;采用基体材料,得到第二原料;S3、将所述第一原料放入模具中压合成型,然后开模,将所述第二原料放入模具中并包覆所述第一原料,继续压合成型,得到砖块坯;S4、将所述砖块坯放入烧结炉中烧结,所述余热锅炉的热量转换成电能并传送至所述烧结炉中,烧结温度是850℃~1200℃,烧结4~6小时,得到砖体,该方法能充分回收危废物的能量,并且能有效地回收利用危废物,防止危废物污染环境。
