The invention discloses an asphalt filling device for cement pavement cracks and a filling method thereof and belongs to the field of pavement maintenance. The device comprises a first mounting plate, wherein a first through hole is formed in the first mounting plate and connected with a spraying pipe, a first fan is arranged on one side of the first mounting plate, a blade mounting hole is formed in a fan main shaft of the first fan, fan blades are movably mounted in the blade mounting hole, one end of each fan blade abuts against the inner wall of the first fan, a downward air outlet hole is formed in the first fan, and an air inlet hole is formed in the side face of the first fan; the first fan is used for cleaning dust and small fragments at the position of the cement pavement crack, then a wall fixing material is sprayed into the cement pavement crack from the first through hole through the spraying pipe to fix a weathered surface layer in the cement pavement crack, and in this way, the cement pavement crack is filled; and the firmness degree of asphalt filling at the cracks of the cement pavement can be ensured.

本发明公开一种用于水泥路面裂缝的沥青填补装置及其填补方法，属于路面维护领域；包括第一安装板，所述第一安装板上设有第一通孔，第一通孔连接有喷洒管，第一安装板的一侧设有第一风机，第一风机的风机主轴上设有叶片安装孔，叶片安装孔内活动安装有风机叶片，风机叶片一端与第一风机内壁抵触，第一风机上设有向下的出气孔，第一风机的侧面设有进风孔；先利用第一风机对水泥路面裂缝处的灰尘和小碎块进行清洗，后通过喷洒管从第一通孔喷洒墙固材料到水泥路面裂缝内使水泥路面裂缝内已经风化的的表层进行固定，如此再对水泥路面裂缝进行填补，如此可以保证水泥路面裂缝处沥青填补的牢固程度。
