The invention provides a recoverable precast pile structure and a production method and construction method thereof. The recoverable precast pile structure comprises a concrete pile body, an anchoring workpiece and a non-bonding part. The concrete pile body comprises an anchoring plate, a main reinforcement and a spiral stirrup; and the anchoring plate is at least arranged at one end of the concrete pile body, the main reinforcement is arranged in the non-bonding part, the spiral stirrup is wound along the outer side of the non-bonding part to form a reinforcement cage, the anchoring workpiece is installed on the anchoring plate, and the lower end of the anchoring workpiece is connected with one end of the main reinforcement. A precast pile is constructed to a designated position, the anchoring workpiece on the anchoring plate is detached, and the main reinforcement is taken out and recycled. The recoverable precast pile structure and the production method and construction method thereof can reduce the construction cost, and have the advantages of high bearing capacity and convenience in production and construction.
