According to the following scheme, the construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of vertical grooves are formed in soft soil foundations below station tracks on two sides of a to-be-jacked frame bridge on a station yard; S2, first inclined grooves are dug in one sides of the vertical grooves, second inclined grooves are dug in the other sides of the vertical grooves, and the first inclined grooves and the second inclined grooves are connected with the two adjacent vertical grooves; S3, grouting is carried out on the interiors of the vertical grooves, the first inclined grooves and the second inclined grooves; and S4, a vibrating device is used for performing vibrating treatment on concrete in the vertical grooves or the first inclined grooves or the second inclined grooves. According to the construction method adopting soft foundation grouting reinforcement in the jacking process of the railway frame bridge, pouring is firmer, concrete in a pipeline is vibrated through the vibrating device, bubbles in the concrete are discharged, meanwhile, the vibrating device conveniently enters the first inclined grooves and the second inclined grooves, a worker does not need to hold a vibrating rod by hand, and the use mode is simpler and more convenient.
