Fabricated photovoltaic roof and assembly construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated photovoltaic roof and an assembly construction method thereof, and belongs to the field of distributed photovoltaic roof construction. The fabricated photovoltaic roof comprises fabricated photovoltaic roof modules which are spliced and connected into a whole, and each fabricated photovoltaic roof module comprises a base plate, a heat preservation plate laid on the base plate, a wave-shaped waterproof plate laid on the heat preservation plate and a photovoltaic assembly arranged on the wave-shaped waterproof plate. The adjacent photovoltaic assemblies are clamped through aluminum alloy clamps and threaded steel gaskets, are connected in a penetrating mode through fixing screws which are arranged from top to bottom and sequentially penetrate through the aluminum alloy clamps, the threaded steel gaskets, the wave-shaped waterproof plates, the heat preservation plates and the base plates, and are fastened through nuts. Connecting corner braces are connected to the tail parts of fixing screw rods in a penetrating mode; aluminum alloy buckle covers are pressed on the aluminum alloy clamps; and the two end faces of the photovoltaic roof modules and the fracture surfaces of the wave-shaped waterproof plates are located at the wave crests. The problems that an existing photovoltaic roof construction mode is low in installation precision, low in construction speed and high in labor cost are solved.
