Safety door lock mechanism
A safety door lock mechanism comprises a main lock mechanism (10) and a lock head mechanism (30) controlled by the main lock mechanism (10) through a connecting mechanism (20), the lock head mechanism (30) comprises a lock tongue (31) with a wedge-shaped locking end, the lock tongue (31) is connected with the connecting mechanism (20), the rear portion of the lock tongue (31) is provided with a buffer groove (32) consistent with the motion direction of the lock tongue (31), and a clamping block (21) of the connecting mechanism (20) is embedded in the buffer groove (32). The tail portion of the lock tongue (31) is provided with a restoring spring (33) which is consistent with the moving direction of the spring bolt (31), and when the spring bolt (31) is in a locking state, the clamping block (21) of the connecting mechanism (20) abuts against the rear end of the buffer groove (32). By the adoption of the technical scheme, the safety door lock mechanism is simple in structure, not prone to clamping stagnation and low in cost, and due to the fact that the whole lock mechanism can be sealed in the box body, the sealing performance can be improved, and the reliability can be improved.
