Environment-friendly jute fiber composite wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly jute composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly jute composite wallboard comprises a jute fiber board and a facing layer compounded on the jute fiber board, the jute fiber board is composed of jute fibers, bicyclic oxidation fibers and flame-retardant fibers, the weight percentage of the jute fibers is 20-30%, the weight percentage of the double-ring oxidized fibers is 30-40%, and the weight percentage of the flame-retardant fiber is 30%-40%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the jute fiber board; preparing the facing layer; compounding the jute fiber board and the facing layer; and carrying out slitting and tailoring treatment. The wallboard has the advantages of high antibacterial property, moisture resistance and good sound insulation and heat insulation capability, the service life of the wallboard is effectively prolonged, and the use safety of a user is effectively improved; and the use of a large amount of adhesive is avoided, so that the environment is protected, the automatic production of the wallboards is realized, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
