Preparation method of Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) fully dispersing and mixing nano silicon dioxide powder, micron silicon dioxide powder, an infrared opacifying agent and short fibers to obtain a mixture A; (2) performing compression molding on the mixture A to obtain a silicon dioxide composite material; (3) preparing aluminum sol from an aluminum source, a chelating agent, a solvent, water and a catalyst; (4) dipping the silicon dioxide composite material by adopting aluminum oxide sol to obtain an Al2O3-SiO2 wet gel material; and (5) carrying out drying treatment, so as to obtain the Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel composite material. The Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel composite material prepared by the method has good mechanical properties, can well inhibit high-temperature infrared radiation heat conduction, and avoids large shrinkage of alumina aerogel at a high temperature.
本发明公开了一种Al2O3‑SiO2气凝胶复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将纳米二氧化硅粉、微米二氧化硅粉、红外遮光剂和短纤维充分分散混合,得到混合料A;(2)将混合料A压制成型,得到二氧化硅复合材料;(3)将铝源、螯合剂、溶剂、水和催化剂配制得到铝溶胶;(4)采用氧化铝溶胶对二氧化硅复合材料进行浸渍,得到Al2O3‑SiO2湿凝胶材料;(5)干燥处理,得到Al2O3‑SiO2气凝胶复合材料。采用该方法制备得到的Al2O3‑SiO2气凝胶复合材料,具有较好的力学性能,可以较好地抑制高温红外辐射热传导,避免高温下氧化铝气凝胶产生较大的收缩。
