The invention relates to the field of new materials, and especially relates to a preparation method of a refractory brick resistant to molten salt corrosion. The method comprises the following steps: adding iron oxide powder into fly ash to increase the content of iron oxide in a mixture, adding an exciting agent into water, uniformly mixing, adding into fly ash and modified rare earth slag, uniformly stirring to form slurry, heating and exciting while stirring, cooling to room temperature, and calcining and vitrifying zirconium oxide, manganese tungstate, zinc diborate oxide and rare earth nitrate to obtain the refractory brick. The refractory brick disclosed by the invention is prepared by using cheap fly ash and waste rare earth slag as main raw materials, doping powder with a function enhancing effect and performing ceramization calcination, and the refractory brick is low in preparation cost, simple in process and relatively good in molten salt corrosion resistance; and the problem that the molten alkali metal salt corrodes the refractory lining of the rotary kiln due to the fact that the alkali metal salt in the waste residues is heated to be in a molten state is effectively solved, and the maintenance cost of the rotary kiln is reduced.
