The invention discloses a far infrared rock plate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: applying cover glaze on the surface of a green body; printing a pattern on the surface of the green body with the overglaze in an ink-jet manner; applying protective glaze on the surface of the green body after the pattern is subjected to ink-jet printing; applying far infrared glaze on the surface of the green body after the protective glaze is applied; wherein the mineral composition of the far infrared glaze is corundum; and sintering the green body after applying the far infrared glaze to obtain the far infrared rock plate. The far infrared emissivity of the rock plate obtained through the preparation method reaches 0.9 or above.
本发明公开一种远红外岩板及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在坯体表面施面釉;在施面釉后的坯体表面喷墨打印图案;在喷墨打印图案后的坯体表面施保护釉;在施保护釉后的坯体表面施远红外釉;所述远红外釉的矿物组成为刚玉;将施远红外釉后的坯体烧成,获得所述远红外岩板。所述制备方法获得的岩板远红外发射率达到0.9以上。
