The invention discloses a rubber modified asphalt pavement repairing structure based on an asynchronous seal coat technology and a construction method. The structure comprises an original damaged base layer, a rubber modified asphalt seal coat, a rubber modified asphalt surface layer and an emulsified asphalt thin slurry wear-resistant seal coat from bottom to top. The structure is characterized in that according to different lane damage degrees, a heavy damage area, a medium damage area and a light damage area are divided, and regional repair is carried out; and paving a rubber modified asphalt seal layer base layer, a rubber modified asphalt surface layer and an emulsified asphalt thin slurry wear-resistant seal layer by adopting an asynchronous seal layer technology. According to the embedded and extruded framework structure, the rubber modified asphalt seal layer is used for replacing a traditional semi-rigid base layer, the stress structure is changed, the bearing capacity is improved. Meanwhile, different damaged areas are precisely repaired and applied according to indications, the modulus inconsistency of the repaired structure and the original structure is reduced, uneven settlement generated in the later period is avoided. The emulsified asphalt thin slurry wear-resistant sealing layer is adopted, so that the skid resistance and wear resistance are enhanced, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种基于异步封层技术的橡胶改性沥青路面修复结构及施工方法,结构从下到上为原破坏基层、橡胶改性沥青封层、橡胶改性沥青面层和乳化沥青稀浆耐磨封层;特征为根据不同车道破坏程度,划分为重破坏区域、中破坏区域和轻破坏区域,并分区域修复;采用异步封层技术,进行橡胶改性沥青封层基层、橡胶改性沥青面层和乳化沥青稀浆耐磨封层铺筑。本发明依据镶嵌嵌挤骨架结构,以橡胶改性沥青封层替代传统半刚性基层,改变了受力结构,提高承载力,同时对不同破坏区域进行精准修复,对症下药,降低修复结构与原有结构模量不一致性,避免后期产生不均匀沉降,采用乳化沥青稀浆耐磨封层,增强了抗滑、耐磨性能,提高了路面的使用寿命。
