A pile foundation reinforcement cage orifice hoisting, splicing and centering device comprises a centering framework, an upper centering ring and a lower centering ring, the centering framework comprises an upper centering framework body, a lower centering framework body, a centering sign post and framework connecting rods, and the upper centering framework body and the lower centering framework body are fixedly connected through at least one framework connecting rod; the centering sign post is vertically connected with the outer side faces of the upper centering framework and the lower centering framework, the upper centering ring is spliced with the upper end face of the upper centering framework, and the lower centering ring is spliced with the lower centering framework. The centering device is simple in structure and convenient to operate. Rough centering is firstly carried out in a mode of combining the centering upper ring and the centering marking rod, and a more suitable working environment is created for subsequent fine centering; the second centering clamping block and the third centering clamping block which are adjustable in position enable the fine centering effect to be better; according to the centering device, the process from rough centering to fine centering of the pile foundation reinforcement cage is completed through the same tool, and the construction efficiency of workers is effectively improved.
