The invention discloses a double-layer sleeve concrete pile and a construction method thereof. The double-layer sleeve concrete pile is provided with a prefabricated pile tip, a bottom connecting piece, a plurality of double-layer sleeves and a cover plate from bottom to top. The adjacent double-layer sleeves are connected through segmented connecting pieces. Each double-layer sleeve is composed of an outer-layer rubber cell chamber set and a plastic inner barrel. After static pressure pipe sinking is conducted on the double-layer sleeves, cement paste is poured into the outer-layer rubber cell chamber sets of the double-layer sleeves, the outer-layer rubber cell chamber sets can be expanded and expanded so as to fill gaps, generated during pipe sinking, between a pile body and a soil body, the side friction force between the outer-layer rubber cell chamber sets and the soil body is increased, and therefore a pile foundation can rapidly reach the designed bearing force. 本发明公开了一种双层套管混凝土桩及其施工方法,双层套管混凝土桩由下至上设置有预制桩尖、底部连接件、若干双层套管和盖板;相邻双层套管通过分段连接件连接;双层套管由外层橡胶胞室组和塑料内桶组成;当双层套管静压沉管后在其外层橡胶胞室组内灌注水泥浆,可使外层橡胶胞室组膨胀扩径以填充沉管时产生的桩身与土体间空隙,增加与土体的侧摩阻力,从而让桩基快速达到设计承载力;本发明在桩身土体间预打设排水板,以消散沉管时产生的超静孔隙水压力,可以改善土体性质,促使桩基承载力增加,进一步提高基础支承力效果,同时加速完成桩土变形,加快路堤沉降进程,缩短上部路面施工等待期,有效提高施工效率并减少工后沉降。
