The invention discloses adjusting equipment and an adjusting method for elevation of a top surface of a cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage. The adjusting equipment comprises a fixing device, a hoisting device, a lifting device and a measuring device, wherein the fixing device is arranged above a to-be-constructed hole and is used for supporting and fixing the hoisting device; the hoisting device is connected to the fixing device and is used for hoisting the lifting device; the lifting device is connected to the hoisting device, is connected with the measuring device and is used for lifting the measuring device and the reinforcement cage and adjusting the elevation of the top surface of the reinforcement cage; and the lower end of the measuring device is connected to the reinforcement cage, and the measuring device is used for measuring and determining whether the elevation of the top surface of the reinforcement cage meets the design requirement or not. The adjusting equipment can conveniently measure and adjust the design elevation of the top surface of the reinforcement cage, the measuring result is visual, the elevation can be measured and read at any time, the distance between the measuring device and the fixing device can be conveniently adjusted, and the fixing state of the reinforcement cage can be kept according to the concrete setting time.
