The invention provides a waterproof construction method for an end of an anti-floating anchor. The waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that a water stop steel plate is punched and arranged on the anchor rod in a sleeve mode, and welding slag is removed after full-length welding connection; a base layer at the periphery of an anchor rod joint is leveled and cleared; waterproof paint is painted on the base layer in a first preset radius range with the anchor rod as the circle center, and a base layer treating agent is painted on the waterproof paint; a waterproof coiled material additional layer is laid within a second preset radius range by taking the anchor rod as a circle center; by taking the anchor rod as the circle center, the waterproof roll additional layer is wound around the anchor rod to form a cylindrical structure; asphalt caulking factice is poured into the cylindrical structure; and the waterproof coiled material and the coiled material reinforcing layer continue to be laid and pasted. The water stop steel plate is additionally arranged, so that the leakage problem caused by the occurrence and development of a capillary channel phenomenon is solved, through arrangement of the waterproof coiled material and the cylindrical structure, the problem of leakage caused by external pressure water at the joint of the anchor rod is solved, the construction method is easy to operate, waterproof materials of the same type are adopted to the maximum extent, and cost is reduced.
