The invention discloses an efficient and energy-saving fluid conveying system which comprises a circulating water system, circulating water sterilizing and descaling equipment, a valve control system, a temperature control system, a temperature calculation module, a production temperature collection module, an environment temperature collection module, a predicted temperature downloading module, temperature detectors arranged on all valves and a temperature detector used for detecting the overall temperature of the production environment. According to the efficient and energy-saving fluid conveying system, on the basis that circulating water sterilizing and descaling equipment is arranged to purify water so as to guarantee the heat exchange effect of circulating water, the current thinking blind area of technicians is further avoided, a weather system is effectively combined, the flow control of each valve is more reasonably realized according to calculation, so that circulating water can be better supplied according to actual requirements, the cooling effect of the circulating water system can be effectively improved, optimal energy consumption can be obtained while cooling of production equipment is met, and the overall energy consumption of the system is effectively reduced.
