The energy-saving pot-type non-negative pressure water supply equipment comprises a flow regulator, a negative pressure eliminator, a water inlet pipe, a controller assembly and a drainage pipe; the negative pressure eliminator comprises a water level valve, an air filtering unit and a matched piston; the water level valve is in sliding connection with the matched piston and is arranged on the lower side of the matched piston; and the air filtering unit is arranged on the upper side of the matched piston and communicated with the outside atmosphere. The water level valve is matched with the air filtering unit, so that when the water level is lowered and negative pressure is generated, the outside atmosphere enters the equipment through the water level valve, and purification of the entered atmosphere is completed with the assistance of the air filtering unit.
