Transverse anchoring connecting steel parts of the joint are installed on the upper side and the lower side of the end of a prefabricated concrete beam, longitudinal anchoring connecting steel parts are installed on the upper portion and the lower portion of a pre-embedded steel plate in a column, wherein the longitudinal anchoring connecting steel parts and the transverse anchoring connecting steel parts are connected through rotating shaft bolts at the junction of beam-column joints, a first anchoring base plate and a second anchoring base plate between the longitudinal anchoring connecting steel parts and the transverse anchoring connecting steel parts are connected through a longitudinal transmission steel part, a transverse transmission steel part and a transmission bolt, and a prefabricated concrete beam can rotate with the rotating shaft bolts as the rotating center and the transmission bolt at the connecting point of the longitudinal transmission steel part and the transverse transmission steel part as an outer rotating point. The technical problems of how to reduce deformation and damage of the prefabricated component after an earthquake to the maximum extent and how to ensure the restorability of a joint core area are solved, connection between the prefabricated concrete beam and the prefabricated concrete column is achieved, and the requirements in actual design and construction are met.
本发明提出一种全装配式自复位混凝土梁柱连接节点及拼装方法,该节点横向锚固连接钢件安装在预制混凝土梁的端头上下侧,纵向锚固连接钢件安装在柱内预埋钢板的上下部,其中纵向锚固连接钢件与横向锚固连接钢件在梁柱节点交界处通过转轴螺栓相连,二者间的锚固垫板Ⅰ和锚固垫板Ⅱ通过纵向传动钢件、横向传动钢件和传动螺栓相连,预制混凝土梁能够以转轴螺栓为转动中心,并以纵向传动钢件和横向传动钢件连接点处的传动螺栓为外旋转点发生转动。解决了如何最大限度的降低预制构件在震后的变形破坏,并确保节点核心区域的可恢复性的技术问题,本发明实现预制混凝土梁和预制混凝土柱间的连接,以满足实际设计与施工中的需要。
