Foamed ceramic modeling line fixing assembly, fixing method and fixing structure thereof
The invention discloses a foamed ceramic modeling line fixing assembly, a fixing method and a fixing structure thereof. The fixing assembly comprises foamed ceramic lines, wherein limiting grooves are formed in the back surfaces of the foamed ceramic lines; and metal fixing pieces are profiles with C-shaped sections, and are fixed on a main body structure through locking pieces. The fixing method comprises the following steps of: 1, the metal fixing pieces are fixed on the main body structure by using anchoring pieces; 2, the limiting grooves formed in the back surfaces of the foamed ceramic lines are inserted in the metal fixing pieces; and bonding layers are arranged between the metal fixing pieces and the limiting grooves and between the foamed ceramic lines and the main body structure; and 3, other foamed ceramic lines are mounted in sequence in the mounting step; and bonding layers are arranged between the adjacent foamed ceramic lines. The fixing structure is manufactured by the fixing method. The foamed ceramic modeling line fixing assembly, the fixing method and the fixing structure have the following advantages: the limiting grooves matched with the metal fixing pieces in size are formed in the back surfaces of the foamed ceramic lines; and the metal fixing pieces adopt a top surface bearing engagement fixing scheme with the foamed ceramic lines, so that the stress is reliable.
本发明为一种发泡陶瓷造型线条固定组件及其固定方法和系统，固定组件包括发泡陶瓷线条，背面设有限位凹槽；金属固定件为截面呈C型的型材，通过锁定件固定于主体结构上。固定方法包括如下步骤：步骤1：将金属固定件使用锚固件固定在主体结构；步骤2：将发泡陶瓷线条背面设置的限位凹槽插入金属固定件；其中金属固定件与限位凹槽之间以及发泡陶瓷线条与主体结构之间设置粘结层；步骤3：安装步骤的方案依序安装其它发泡陶瓷线条，且相邻发泡陶瓷线条之间设置粘结层。固定结构由所述固定方法制得。本发明的优点为：发泡陶瓷线条背面设置与金属固定件尺寸配合的限位凹槽；金属固定件采用与发泡陶瓷线条间为顶面承重的啮合固定方案，受力可靠。
