The invention discloses a template reinforcing device for controlling a descending plate above a slope. The template reinforcing device comprises a supporting column, wherein the upper end of the supporting column is connected with two limiting rods which are arranged in a crossed manner; two crossed through grooves are formed in the bottom of an upper bearing platform, and the two limiting rods are embedded in the two through grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode; a cushion block assembly is detachably connected to the upper portion of the upper bearing platform, and the cushion block assembly comprises a plurality of unit gaskets which are detachably stacked together; a limiting slot is formed in the upper part of a lower bearing platform, and the lower end of the supporting column is detachably inserted into the limiting slot; a leveling assembly comprises a top plate detachably connected to the bottom of the lower bearing platform, a turning plate and a positioning rod, the turning plate is installed on the lower portion of the top plate in a turnover mode, and the positioning rod is supported between the top plate and the turning plate to lock the turnover angle of the turning plate. The problems that when a traditional supporting system is adopted for supporting a descending plate template, stability is not achieved, and potential safety hazards are likely to be generated are solved.
