The invention discloses a connecting structure of an infrared sensor and a faucet pipe. The connecting structure comprising the faucet pipe; the bottom of the faucet pipe is in screwed connection with a joint; a sensor mounting box is sleeved with the joint; a sensor mounting groove is formed on the front side of the upper part of the sensor mounting box; the infrared sensor is mounted in the sensor mounting groove; a wire passing hole is formed in the bottom of the sensor mounting groove; a longitudinal wire passing groove communicated with the wire passing hole is formed in the front side of the lower portion of the sensor mounting box; a longitudinal drawing pipe penetrating groove is formed in the rear side of the lower portion of the sensor mounting box; a sensor window hole is formed in the front side of the bottom of the faucet pipe; and the front side of the infrared sensor is sleeved with in the sensor window hole. The connecting structure is simple in structure; the infrared sensor is mounted in the sensor mounting box and is difficult to loosen; a drawing pipe is not in contact friction with an electric wire of the infrared sensor, so that the electric wire is protected from being damaged, and normal use of the infrared sensor is guaranteed.
