The invention discloses an ecological restoration structure and method for rapid greening of a slope of a mountain type wind power plant. The ecological restoration structure comprises non-woven fabric ribs filled with a culture medium, a fixing net, a matrix soil layer, and a greening layer formed after dormant moss revives and grows; the ecological restoration method comprises the steps of original site moss collection and dormancy treatment, original site surface soil collection and drying treatment, mixing the dormancy moss and original site surface dry soil, soil dressing spray seeding and the like. According to the ecological restoration structure and method for rapid greening of the slope of the mountain type wind power plant, the dormant moss revives after reviving, compared with seeds, the moss revives after growing, the survival rate is higher, the growth state is better, and therefore the ecological greening effect is greatly improved.
