The invention discloses a preparation method of a wood-plastic composite floor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of cutting hardwood serving as a raw material into wood boards; putting the wood boards into a carbonization furnace, heating the carbonization furnace to 48 DEG C at a speed of 7 DEG C/hour, and then heating to 70 DEG C until the water content of the wood is reduced to 4%; finally, raising the temperature of the carbonization furnace to 200 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for carbonization for 2.5 hours; lowering the temperature of the carbonization furnace to 45 DEG C, and carrying out humidifying and moisture regaining treatment on the wood boards in the cooling process; cooling the carbonization furnace to room temperature and taking out the wood boards; grooves are formed in the single faces of the wood boards subjected to the carbonization treatment; putting the grooved wood boards into wood-plastic integrated injection molding equipment to be subjected to injection molding operation, and obtaining a base board; and forming installing grooves mutually matching in the two ends of the base board. According to the manufacturing method of the wood-plastic composite floor, the wood-plastic composite floor arranged in an up-down structure is adopted, the solid wood surface can be effectively prevented from being eroded by moisture on the ground, and meanwhile the solid wood surface on the surface layer can bring good experience feeling to a user.
