Building ceramsite prepared from fly ash, sludge and slag and preparation process of building ceramsite
The invention discloses a building ceramsite prepared from fly ash, sludge and slag and a preparation process of the building ceramsite. The preparation process is a process of subjecting fly ash generated by waste incineration, the industrial slag and the sludge of a sewage treatment plant to harmless and resource waste utilization. The process comprises the steps of firstly, washing the fly ash with water, then conducting drying, uniformly mixing the dried fly ash with, the slag and sludge which are dried and ground into fine powder, and a pore-forming agent according to the following weight part number: 30-70 parts by weight of the dried fly ash, 30-50 parts by weight of the sludge, 30-60 parts by weight of the slag and 10-30 parts by weight of the pore-forming agent, then adding a proper amount of water, uniformly conducting stirring to form a moldable material block, and processing the material block into a plurality of spherical blanks with the particle size of 8-15mm; and putting the spherical blank into a drying oven, conducting drying at 105 DEG C for 2 hours, transferring the dried spherical blank into a muffle furnace, conducting preheating at 450 DEG C for 30 minutes, conducting roasting at 1150 DEG C for 10 minutes, and conducting cooling to room temperature after roasting to obtain the sintered ceramsite. The purpose of adding the pore-forming agent is to increase internal pores of the ceramsite and enable the ceramsite to achieve the purpose of light weight.
本发明采用的飞灰、污泥及矿渣制备的建筑陶粒及其制备工艺,是一种对垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰、工业矿渣以及污水处理厂的污泥进行无害化、资源化废物利用的工艺,首先将飞灰水洗然后烘干,并将烘干后的飞灰与烘干并磨成细粉的矿渣和污泥以及造孔剂按照重量份数计分别为飞灰30‑70份、污泥30‑50份、矿渣30‑60份、造孔剂10‑30份混合均匀,然后加适量的水搅拌均匀和成可塑型的料团,并将料团加工成多个粒径在8‑15mm的球形坯,再将球形坯放入烘箱中在105℃条件下干燥2h,最后将干燥好的球形坯转移到马弗炉中,先在450℃的温度条件下预热30分钟,然后在1150℃的温度条件下焙烧10分钟,等焙烧结束后再冷却至室温即可得到烧制好的陶粒。其中,加所述造孔剂目的是增加陶粒的内部孔隙,并使其达到质轻的目的。
