The grinding aid comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-40% of water-soluble polyester; 5-20% of an inorganic dispersion enhancer; 5-20% of polyol or alcohol amine; 40-70% of water; in the formula of the special grinding aid for grinding the cement by the vertical mill, the high viscosity of the water-soluble polyester can inhibit the dispersion effect of the grinding aid in the grinding process so as to stabilize the material layer, the material is sufficiently ground by the grinding roller on the grinding disc, and along with the proceeding of the cement grinding, the water-soluble polyester is hydrolyzed or cracked into polyol, and/or alcohol amine, polybasic acid and a low-molecular-weight water-soluble polyester polymer in a high-temperature and alkaline environment under the grinding pressure of the grinding roller, and the low-molecular-weight water-soluble polyester polymer is matched with polyol, and/or alcohol amine and an inorganic dispersion enhancer in the formula of the grinding aid to improve the dispersity of the ground fine powder and improve the powder selecting efficiency.
