The invention discloses a grouting composition for transforming a loose aquifer of a coal mine. The grouting composition comprises a main base material, an auxiliary material and a connecting composition; the main base material comprises cement, fly ash and water; the auxiliary materials comprise an expansion additive, caustic soda and slaked lime; the connecting composition comprises metal filings and crushed fiber materials; the main base material, the auxiliary material and the connecting composition are mixed into slurry with flowability. The preparation method of the grouting composition comprises the following steps: preparing a component A; preparing a component B; preparing a component C; uniformly mixing and stirring the component B and the component C to obtain a component D, preheating, activating the component D by a magnetic field, and adding water to prepare the flowable slurry. According to the grouting composition for transforming the loose aquifer of the coal mine and the preparation method thereof, the preparation process is simple, the efficiency is high, a stable and reliable water-resisting layer can be formed after the prepared grouting liquid is grouted, water in the aquifer is effectively isolated, and cracks of the coal seam roof are effectively blocked.
