Waterproof self-repairing building material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a waterproof self-repairing building material and a preparation method thereof. The building material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of a self-repairing agent, 0.1-0.15 part of an initiator, 70-80 parts of Portland cement, 200-250 parts of sand and 30-35 parts of water, wherein the self-repairing agent is alkenyl acid salt and/or alkenyl amide containing a cross-linking agent. The building material disclosed by the invention has relatively high impermeability, can quickly and continuously repair small defects in a cement structure, prevents the expansion of the small defects, and prolongs the overall service life of the waterproof structure building material; the preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing a self-repairing agent, an initiator and water to obtain a mixed solution; and uniformly mixing the obtained mixed solution with Portland cement and sand to obtain the building material. The preparation method is simple and does not need heating treatment, and the polymerization reaction of the high polymer material and the cement hydration hardening process are carried out together, so that the structures of the two can be closely linked.
本发明涉及一种具有防水自修复的建材及其制备方法,按照重量份计所述建材的原料包括:自修复剂4‑6份、引发剂0.1‑0.15份、硅酸盐水泥70‑80份、砂200‑250份和水30‑35份;所述自修复剂为含交联剂的烯基酸盐和/或烯基酰胺。本发明所述建材具有较高的抗渗能力,能够迅速以及持续修复水泥结构中微小缺陷,防止微小缺陷地扩大,提高了防水结构建材的整体寿命;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将自修复剂、引发剂和水混合均匀,得到混合溶液;将得到的混合溶液与硅酸盐水泥、砂混合均匀,得到所述建材。所述制备方法简单,无需加热处理,高分子材料的聚合反应与水泥水化硬化过程一同进行,使两者的结构能够紧密联系。
