The invention relates to foamed ceramic based on waste incineration fly ash and a preparation method of the foamed ceramic. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking 20.0 to 40.0 weight percent of waste incineration fly ash, 15.0 to 20.0 weight percent of clay, 10.0 to 15.0 weight percent of cement and 30.0 to 50.0 weight percent of waste glass powder as raw materials, respectively drying the raw materials at 90 to 110 DEG C, and uniformly mixing; adding a water reducing agent accounting for 0.1-0.3 wt% of the raw materials and water accounting for 30-40 wt% of the raw materials, and uniformly stirring to prepare slurry; and adding foam accounting for 6.0-8.0 wt% of the raw materials into the slurry, stirring, carrying out casting molding, standing, demolding, drying, carrying out heat preservation at 950-1100 DEG C for 1-3 hours, and carrying out furnace cooling to prepare the foamed ceramic based on the waste incineration fly ash. The method has the characteristics of high resource recovery rate, environmental friendliness, simple process, low production cost and wide industrialization prospect, and the prepared product has the advantages of standard heavy metal leaching, good heat insulation performance, small volume density and high fracture-resistant and compression-resistant strength.
本发明涉及一种基于垃圾焚烧飞灰的泡沫陶瓷及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以20.0~40.0wt%的垃圾焚烧飞灰、15.0~20.0wt%的粘土、10.0~15.0wt%的水泥和30.0~50.0wt%的废弃玻璃粉为原料,将所述原料分别在90~110℃条件下烘干,混合均匀;再加入所述原料0.1~0.3wt%的减水剂和30~40wt%的水,搅拌均匀,制得浆料;然后向浆料中加入所述原料6.0~8.0wt%的泡沫,搅拌,浇注成型,静置,脱模,干燥,在950~1100℃的条件下保温1~3h,随炉冷却,制得基于垃圾焚烧飞灰的泡沫陶瓷。本发明具有资源回收率高、环境友好、工艺简单、生产成本低和产业化前景大的特点,所制制品的重金属浸出达标、隔热保温性能好、体积密度小和抗折耐压强度高。
