The preparation process comprises the following steps: dosing clay, feldspar and other auxiliary raw materials, preparing slurry, preparing powder, ageing in a stock bin, pressing and forming, drying a blank, preparing glaze, glazing, firing, edging, polishing, inspecting and packaging, and finally producing the ceramic plate. By accurately controlling the raw material ratio and the production process, the high-end large-specification ceramic large plate is prepared, and the product quality, performance and qualified rate of the ceramic large plate are improved. And during compression molding, stamping is performed for three times, so that gas in the powder is completely released and discharged in sequence, and the phenomenon that the blank is exploded or deformed during drying due to residual gas in the blank is avoided.
