The invention discloses an automobile part surface wear-resistant layer material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-10 parts of alumina; 1-3 parts of white corundum; 2-3 parts of silicon carbide; 2-3 parts of aluminum oxide; 1-2 parts of polypropylene; 1-2 parts of resin; and 1-2 parts of ferrous sulfate. According to the process, the oxidation layer and the ceramic wear-resistant layer are sequentially added to the surface of the part, so that the automobile part has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
