Porous ceramic composition and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, in particular to a porous ceramic composition and a preparation method thereof. The porous ceramic composition is prepared from, by weight, 30-50 parts of ceramic bone meal, 20-30 parts of mullite, 4-8 parts of a pore forming agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 6-10 parts of a burning promoting agent, 1-5 parts of an adhesive, 1-5 parts of nano-silver and 10-20 parts of inorganic framework whiskers. The porous ceramic composition has good breaking strength and chemical corrosion resistance and has sterilization and disinfection functions. The adopted inorganic framework whiskers can form a network structure and provide net-shaped support for the whole porous ceramic composition. The adhesive is distributed around the ceramic bone meal and the mullite and is melted at a high temperature to bond the ceramic bone meal and the mullite together to form a firm net structure, so that the porous ceramic composition is firmer in structure. Therefore, the effect of reducing the shrinkage rate is achieved, the atomization rate of tobacco tar is increased, and the smoke amount is increased.
