The device comprises an assembly plate, wherein an operation hole is formed in the assembly plate in a penetrating mode, a limiting gap allowing a guardrail plate to penetrate through is formed in one end of the assembly plate, the limiting gap can be opened, the other end of the assembling plate is connected with a push plate through a connecting rod, an inserting hole matched with the connecting rod is formed in the push plate in a penetrating mode, and the connecting rod is connected with the inserting hole in a sliding and inserting mode. According to the invention, by means of the lever principle, the guardrail plate can be bent only by exerting smaller force on the push plate; after the guardrail plate is bent to a desired position, the guardrail plate is installed on a stand column through the operation hole and a bolt, the guardrail plate can be pushed and pressed only by one person, a speed is higher, more labor is saved, and assembling efficiency can be greatly improved.
