According to the invention, an absorption operation mode is adopted, and sand removal operation can be carried out on special narrow areas; collected sand can be directly conveyed to a material vehicle through a conveying belt or discarded through a conveying belt with a rotating function, so the efficiency of sand suction operation is improved, the transversely-arranged multi-degree-of-freedom sand suction working device is adopted, a coverage range is wide, and sand suction operation efficiency is high; and a collecting and filtering device is adopted, so filtering precision is high, and an unloader is prevented from being clamped by railway ballast.
