The construction method comprises the steps that S1, survey lofting, equipment entering and equipment positioning are conducted; S2, a full-casing full-rotary drilling machine is adopted to vertically guide holes to the level of a hard rock stratum, then a down-the-hole hammer drilling machine is adopted to continue excavation to the groove bottom, guide holes are formed, and at least two guide holes are drilled along the center line of the foundation pit wall; S3, a guide wall groove is excavated along the side boundary of the foundation pit wall body, and concrete is symmetrically cast in place on the two sides of the guide wall groove to form guide walls; S4, in the slurry wall protection state, a trenching machine is adopted to excavate a soil body between the hole sites till the elevation of the hard rock stratum; and S5, in the slurry wall protection state, a slot milling machine is adopted to excavate the hard rock part of the soil body between the hole positions till the slot bottom, and the down-the-hole hammer drilling machine is adopted to assist in crushing the hard rock. According to the combined grooving construction method, the grooving quality is ensured, the construction assembly line is formed, the grooving work efficiency is improved, and the combined grooving construction method has very high application value.
本发明属于深基坑施工技术领域,具体公开了一种上软下硬复杂地层基坑墙体施工方法,其包括:S1、测量放样,设备进场、设备定位;S2、采用全套管全回旋钻机垂直引孔至硬岩地层标高,再采用潜孔锤钻机继续开挖至槽底,形成引导孔,并沿基坑墙体中心线钻出至少两个所述引导孔;S3、沿基坑墙体边线开挖导墙沟,在导墙沟两侧分别对称现浇混凝土形成导墙;S4、在泥浆护壁状态下,采用成槽机开挖孔位间土体直至硬岩地层标高为止;S5、在泥浆护壁状态下,采用铣槽机开挖孔位间土体的硬岩部分直至槽底,采用潜孔锤钻机辅助破碎坚硬的岩石。本发明提供的组合成槽施工方法,确保成槽质量,并形成施工流水,提高成槽工效,具有很高的应用价值。
