The invention discloses a pile sinking construction method and construction structure of a prestressed pipe pile, and the pile sinking construction method comprises the following steps: sinking the prestressed pipe pile to a first depth smaller than a designed pile sinking depth in a foundation by adopting a mode of synchronous construction of drilling of a drilling bit and pile sinking; and a bottom reaming hole section with the depth larger than the designed pile sinking depth is drilled below the prestressed pipe pile sinking into the first depth through a bottom reaming drill bit, the bottom reaming hole section is filled with concrete, and then the prestressed pipe pile is sunk to the designed pile sinking depth. The construction structure is obtained by adopting the pile sinking construction method. The method has the advantages of high construction quality, high construction efficiency, low cost, simplicity and convenience in operation, high tubular pile bearing capacity and the like.
