The end cover moves downwards to compress air inside the sleeve, so that the air inside the sleeve enters an exhaust pipe and is discharged through an exhaust hole in one end of the exhaust pipe; and due to the fact that the exhaust hole is small, when the end cover moves downwards, the downward movement speed of the end cover can be reduced through the air pressure inside the sleeve, so that preliminary damping is carried out on the end cover, a good damping effect can be formed by matching with the acting force of a spring, and the practicability is high.
