The invention discloses a scaffold for house construction. The scaffold comprises a base and a construction platform installed at the top of the base, wherein a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the construction platform and used for hoisting steel pipes on the ground to the construction platform; a transverse sliding mechanism for sliding the steel pipes in the horizontal direction is arranged on the construction platform and comprises a conveying assembly and fixing assemblies for fixing the steel pipes, and the fixing assemblies are sequentially arranged at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveying assembly; a longitudinal installing mechanism is further arranged on the construction platform, and multiple installing grooves with vertically upward openings are formed in the longitudinal installing mechanism; a displacement mechanism for horizontally moving the position of the construction platform is arranged below the base. The scaffold has the effect of reducing the labor cost.
