The invention discloses a natural ventilation assisted fresh air control system based on outdoor particulate matter balance point concentration and a using method of the natural ventilation assisted fresh air control system. The system comprises a data collector, a fresh air controller, an intelligent window and a fresh air system; the data collector is used for collecting data; the fresh air controller is used for calculating the outdoor particulate matter balance point concentration according to the collected data and judging and controlling the use states of the intelligent window and the fresh air system according to the outdoor particulate matter balance point concentration; the intelligent window is used for realizing indoor natural ventilation; the fresh air system is used for achieving indoor mechanical ventilation. The concept of the outdoor particulate matter balance point concentration is introduced, the intelligent window is additionally arranged on the basis of the fresh air system, natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation are combined, not only can indoor air be purified, but also energy consumption can be effectively reduced, energy can be effectively saved, and the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction are met.
