The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic-based carbon nanotube loaded composite membrane, and belongs to the technical field of membrane-method water treatment. According to the invention, a plurality of ceramics are used as substrates, and different types of carbon nanotube functional layers are loaded; and different from a common chemical vapor deposition method, the method adopts a series of operations such as solvent dispersion, suction filtration coating, solvent cleaning, high-temperature treatment and the like, and the ceramic-based carbon nanotube composite membrane is obtained. The process is simple in technology and mild in condition, and the obtained ceramic-based carbon nanotube composite membrane has good catalysis, electric conduction and mechanical pressure resistance. According to the invention, the catalysis and conductivity of the carbon nanotubes and the pressure resistance and permeability of the ceramic membrane are combined, and the obtained composite membrane can be used as an electrocatalytic oxidation electrode to be applied to various water treatment processes.
