The stirring device comprises a stirring tank, a hollow stirring shaft is coupled in the stirring tank, a spiral stirring fan blade is fixed at the middle lower part of the hollow stirring shaft, a porous part is formed at the lower part of the hollow stirring shaft, and a plurality of vent holes are formed in the porous part; a plurality of transverse connecting rods are connected to the middle of the hollow stirring shaft, and vertical stirring blades are connected to the transverse connecting rods; the hollow stirring shaft is in transmission connection with a rotary power device, the hollow stirring shaft is in shaft connection with a ventilation pipe, an air pump is installed on the ventilation pipe, the air pump is communicated with a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe, a refrigerator is installed on the first branch pipe, and a heater is installed on the second branch pipe; and electromagnetic valves are mounted on the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe. Slurry is stirred in a three-dimensional mode, so that layered precipitation of the slurry is prevented; air is filled into the slurry, so that the slurry is fully oxidized and aged, the ageing speed is increased, the temperature of the slurry can be adjusted in real time, and the ageing effect of the slurry is ensured.
