When a rhombic four-bar linkage at the connecting head is used, a worker can conveniently lift and use the pedestal pan after fixedly connecting the pedestal pan, and the four-bar linkage is limited by the elastic force of a reset spring and always drives two symmetrical end shafts to be far away from each other, so that during use, only the four-bar linkage needs to be slid and the hooks are aligned to the left side and the right side of the use part of the pedestal pan opening of the pedestal pan, so that the lifting connection use of the pedestal pan is simply and efficiently realized.
