The preparation method of the aerogel product comprises the following steps of mixing a silicon source precursor with a catalyst to obtain a mixed solution, filling at least part of holes of a porous hard base material with the mixed solution, and standing the gel to obtain a hard base material filled with wet gel, and drying the hard base material filled with the wet gel to obtain the aerogel product. The aerogel product is prepared by adopting the preparation method of the aerogel product. The problem that the aerogel plate manufactured through the current technology is poor in performance in all aspects can be solved.
